280 Self on Stage: The Nô Theater

280 Self on Stage: The Nô Theater
Course Description
Examines Zeami, a medieval aesthetician of the Nô theater. In parcticular, considers the self, emerging in the theatrical way in which 'actor' and 'spectator' encounter each other to disappear into 'empty.'
